A lot of Christians know a lot of things. There are many Professors among Christians, many erudite scholars among Christians but sadly a lot of them have never given attention to the scriptures and so, they are ignorant of the Word.
Most Christians don't understand the scriptures because they have never given it much time and attention. God says "my people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). God's people are destroyed for the lack of revelation knowledge. .
