The Holy Spirit came into you, to make His abode in you. He lives in you in all His glory, majesty, might, wisdom and strength. He’s everything you need to live transcendently and be a success for Jesus Christ.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” (Acts 1:8)
The Holy Spirit is the embodiment of all power. So, if He lives in you, you don’t need to ask God for more power or for more anointing. The Holy Spirit didn’t come in a measure to give you a part of Himself, contrary to the understanding that some people have.
“For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him”(John 3:34).
The Lord Jesus had the Holy Spirit in Him without measure.If Jesus required the full measure of the Spirit to do the work the Father sent Him, and He has sent us as the Father sent Him, why then would we be sent with a measure and not the fullness of the Spirit? God’s purpose for us is that we be filled with all the fullness of God.
